I hate to post this because I know how upset people get when they read about people not sticking to the diet. I feel so helpless and am really in need of some encouragement. I am a week and a half out and am feeling TERRIBLE. I feel like I have an obsession with food more now than I ever did. I hate being at home....I'm pissed because I feel nothing....and I can't sleep because I'm so obsessed with the fact that I'm doing exactly what I didn't want to do. Nothing makes me nauseated, I can drink pretty much a whole bottle of water at a time and do just fine. I didn't think that was even possible in the beginning. I chose to have lapband because I didn't want my stomach cut up and the possibility of all the complications. Now I just wish I would have gone for the other
. I have to wait 6 weeks for a fill and I'm half tempted to ask for a appetite suppressant to get me through it!! Maybe I just wasnt cut out for this at all.
