Ok i went to my nutrition class this morning and it was a lot of information. I immediately felt overwhelmed. That was so much to take in. Did anyone else have these feelings are is it me just getting the jitters?

The very last thing I did (before insurance submission) was see the nutritionist. By then, I had been reading the boards, blogs, etc so I got to ask questions rather than take in all that much info. Yes, it would have been overwhelming to me if I had not been prepared. Good luck to you !

I was overwhelmed in the dang seminar. The nutritionist spoke to us and I thought I might need my very own one everyday. Fortunately, I had 2 appointments with her and it helped a lot.
