esophagus dialated

My doctor told be my esophagus was slightly dialated that being said he will not put anymore saline in my band. I have 4.25cc in a 10cc band. I was also told to eat more protien and exercise. I decided to go on liquids and puree for a week or so to shrink my esophagus back to normal to see if I have more restriction and stay fuller longer. I hope to lose more weight. Any suggestions?
