I was banded on June 22, 2006. So far I have lost 70 lbs in two yrs. I have had 4 adjustments with one being some fluid taken out. I am now at 4.25cc in a 10cc band. I feel like I need a tightning but according to my doctors I have a slightly expanded esophagus:( So that being said they will not put more in. So I decided it was time to go back to the basics which would be stage 1,2, and 3 of the diet plan to shrink my esophagus back.
