Jay, as a suggestion, you can go out to www.room42.com and it will give you a guideline to follow for all of that and it varies from person to person, because it is taylored to you. I personally try to keep my carbs between 25 and 30 percent and not go over 130 grams and my fiber at 25 grams...I let everything else fall in to place based on that. That is taking into account that I have managed to get in 1200 calories a day.
