What sweetener are you using?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what sweetener you all use. I am currently using Ideal because I hate the after taste in splenda, sweet n low etc. I have heard Stevia is good also. Aspartame gives me headaches :( Anyway, any comments or suggestions are welcome B)

Try Pure Agave Nectar. They sell it in all the grocery stores. I stopped using sweetners, it was making hungry.

I use Splenda. I'm also sensitive to the taste of sweeteners but within a day Splenda tasted normal to me. All of the stevia, truvia, sun crystals, etc all tasted like aspartame to me!

I personally like Splenda and Truvia. Truvia tastes a little 'herby' to me, so it's not my favorite, but I do use it. I like Splenda because it tastes good and is made from sugar. Sweet N Low is wretched. ew. I like to use Agave nectar in place of maple syrup and honey.

Hope that helps!

I've been using Agave nectar and honey instead of chemical sweeteners.
