Documents from your Nutritionist

Hello,

I am wondering if there is anyone out there willing to share their Dr & Nutritionist documents they've received from their Lap-Band staff? I lost all of my papers and am just starting up again after having my baby. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I had a fill last week and am already down 7 lbs, hopefully I slow down a bit, and get this as my 2nd nature again :)
