Aerobics??

Hi all, I have a quick question.

I am six weeks post op and was wondering if I can start aerobic classes? it's the weekend so I can't really call my doctor to ask, but I was wondering what your experiences were and what you think.

    Always check woth your doctor but I would think you would be fine for Aerobics :lol: My doc told me as long as I feel up to it Ican start excersing next week (1 week after surgery)
