Heartburn anyone?

A few weeks ago I was too tight. I couldn't keep anything down and I was having reflux. Then I got an unfill. I'm eating again and having no reflux problems but when I drink coffee or eat something hot/spicy I get heartburn.

I have had heartburn issues prior to the band. Is this something normal or am I a little too tight still? It's fine as long as I don't eat/drink any trigger foods.

You're probably a little swollen. I'm going through the same thing right now. I would (and will) avoid the spicy stuff for a few days and hope the swelling goes down. I really don't want to go get fluid taken out just so I can go back a week later and have it put back in!
