diet and shoulder pain

I had my surgery Monday morning. I havent had any realy pain in my stomach. The only pain I have had is in my shoulder. I have been trying to walk a lot. Does anyone have any suggestions for things that may help the pain.

I am also on the pureed diet. I have been sticking to scrambled eggs and chicken salad but that has gotten old fast. Does anyone have any suggestions for foods to eat?

You can puree almost anything you want to eat...like Soups, meat etc. I remember cooking tacos one night and takinga scoop of meat, added salsa and cheese and whipped it in the blender. Delicious. Tuna salad, refried Beans with cheese and salsa, greek yogurt has a great amount of Protein. Protein shakes, protein pudding. I am 16 months out...103 off.
