New and Need Information PLEASE

Hi everyone, I'm new here and recently, well a few days ago I was in a wreck, a couple of days after that, I've started having acid reflux terribly bad and consistently, it never goes away, the upper portion of my stomach is swollen, I'd just like a few opinions on what may be going on...thanks so much:):)
