I did also with just splenda in it. Now I get a tall skinny hazelnut latte from starbucks! 90 cals and it is one of my dairy for the day.

My nutritionist said no caffine-probably not for the first 6 weeks-I would LOVE some coffee!! She said it's an appetite stimulant and it dehydrates you? Not too sure about that but I love coffe and miss it :(

I was told not to drink caffeine for the same reason NJgirl said. I can also tell you from past experience when I would do like a carb diet, if I didn't drink the caffeine I would see more weight loss, but if I did for some reason I wouldn't lose that week. I don't know if that really had anything to do with it, but I started my liquid diet yesterday and do not plan on having caffeine. Best of luck!
