Ginny,

and whats up with this new weight of 225?????

Something must be going VERY well for you. :)

Dont stay gone so long, k?

I love Water aerobics. I used to go all the time, but some reason I stopped going and never got back in the habit. (I remember now, I gained more weight and didn't want to buy a bigger swim suit.) I am starting back on Monday. My month of walking for exercise will be over tomorrow night and I can't wait to get back into the water.

Everybody ought to try it. It is great exercise, is easy on bad knees, reduces stress, and helps you sleep like a baby.

If you are planning a trip to the coast, please include me. I live in Schulenburg, which is half-way between San Antonio and Houston.

I'm starting water exercise this month too! I love water, Ive never done water aerobics though. It will be every morning for 45 minutes. Cant wait!

I really miss Water aerobics and as soon as I can go back after my surgery, I'm going to. It's the only form of exercise I've found that I I don't dislike intensely. And I worried about the swimsuit thing at my weight and then decided I didn't care...I was proud that I started doing it for me and didni't care what anyone thought.! Having said that, I did make a fast trip from the locker room to the pool and back...no sashaying around for me!
