nauseous when needing to go to the bathroom

Ok... this is weird. But I've notice that about 75% of the time when I have to go to the "bathroom", I get nauseous. Last night I actually got to the point of dry heaves (since my stomach was empty)... but as soon as I went to the "bathroom" I felt fine. How weird!!! Anyone experience this?

    Yes, I did today and thought I was going to throw up, but I hadn't eaten anything. I chalked it up to having bad gas and transitioning to solid #2 from the runny (I know...TMI)!
