Help! GAS!!!!

I am about 3 months out and he 5cc in my band. Last fill was 8 wkd ago. Have had no problems until a couple days ago. Have a HUGE gas pocket I can't get out. Have taken gasx and have been burping and tooting, but it just won't go away. Doc says if not gone by Monday I may need to empty my band. Really don't want to do that bc I am

Making great progress, 55 lb lost in 3 months! Any other tricks or suggestions? I have walked and put my arms over my head and layer on both sides too trying to get it out. Help!

Flap your arms and/or do the chicken dance. Sit in a chair and bend over untli your head is in your lap (or as close as you can get it). Put a heating pad on the area with the gas. Say bloody mary three times while looking in the mirror laugh.gif

Like rachel said, sit and lower your head to your knees, legs as closed as possible. Do i couple times, thats what made all my gas leave very fast .
