Hello from Alabama

Hi everyone...just getting started on this forum.

I went to my lap band meeting saturday with the surgeon and I started my 6 month

approval diet for insurance.

I am excited and so ready for this.

Good luck to all the newbies and congrats on all that have

already been banded.
