Website

Someone sent me this websie and it has some interesting info. It's totally geared for Weight Watchers, but it has a lot of useful info on what food choices are lower in calories and list all the restaurants with point values. I also like one Advet. that had zero calorie Maragrita mix.

anyone else have a good website for planning?

What a great site. I'm gonna bookmark it. Since the kids moved out it's just me and the dogs....I never cook anymore. This will come in very handy! Thank you. I use Allergan's website for tracking calories in and burned. Lost 8 lbs since I started 2 1/2 weeks ago.
