Changed my mind :/

Well I did some research on the lap band surgery after accidentally posting on the main boards of www.obesityhelp.com. I was directed to look at the "revisions" boards- and it wasn't pretty. I've decided the RNY is what's best for me as a result. Thanks to everyone who answered my many questions and good luck to everyone. I'll be blogging about my experiences pre-op and post-op and would love to follow bloggers who are starting their wls journey as well! Happy Easter all! My blog http//starlitsummer.org

Have you researched the sleeve, or is that not an option for you? With the sleeve, there is no malabsorption, you won't be taking several pills a day, and you have effective weight loss. Also, it's more difficult to stretch out the sleeved part of the stomach. I'm just telling you in case you haven't given that option a look. It's the option that I will go with if I ever need a revision.

I wish you great success!
