Hello all!

I'm 3 weeks out from surgery and have a question about the port site. Is it supposed to protrude just a bit from your stomach? That area always feels warmer then the rest of my stomach also. I had to have a hematoma removed day after my surgery. A lot of blood had accumulated so had to have it drained. I was wondering if this has anything to do with the protrusion . Thanks for any thoughts on this question!

I didn't have a swelling around the port site. I don't know if it would be normal or not. But you said it feels warm after 3 weeks? I would contact your surgeon just to be on the safe side.
