I would imagine that anything is probably ok in moderation. My doctor recommends staying away from both, especially carbonation. I havent had a lick of carbonation since August and I am dying for a Dr. Pepper :P.... I have just made the decision to give up carbonation permanently. I have an Iced Tea every now and then (maybe 2 per month), but its definitely not an everyday thing anymore. I just feel like I worked so hard to get here, I don't want to risk going backwards, its not worth it to me.
