LIQUIDS

I have been on my band for about a week and don't get to see my surgeon for one more week and im not sure if i can have this drink called the extreme chocolate smoothie its got high protein but not sure if i should stay on clear liquids or venture out

You should be able to move on from clear liquids after a couple days. What were your surgeon's instructions?

I was able to start on protein shakes 3 days post-op, but each doctor has different preferences post-op. I would call you doctors office to and check, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to start on protein drinks
