can someone please explain to me how to get one of those weight lose tracker things on my forum reply post???

other then that i am a newbie to lapband and all this and it has been a journey so far i cant wait to see how i do.:D

    Hi Sarah,

    I just joined this forum thing today and saw everyone's weight ticker and had to have one too! I just clicked on someone's ticker and it took me to the website to make one. After my design was done I was instructed to cut and paste into my message board. So I added to my profile as signature and hit save and then picture came up. I'm not a tech girl so if I can do it anyone can. Hope that helps. By the way we have the same band date :) .
