I had my Lap Band Surgery on March 1, 2011. Procedure went very well. I have had no nausea or vomitting. It is so hard to drink these protein shakes though. I realize I need them, but I am going to the health food store tomorrow to get some protein liquid where I can just take a couple Tablespoons and be done with it. I am also wondering how soon is to soon to start eating some egg beaters. My paperwork says that I can advance to the next stages if I tolerate everything ok, but I don't want to mess anything up. If I just take tiny bites over several minutes would the egg hurt me if it didn't make me throw up? I have had some baby food, pudding and soup and I have done great. I'm ready to advance a little bit more.
