I am so nervous about my upcoming surgery!! I am having a really hard time with the Meditrim shakes. They make me really, really nautious!!!

I am doing my best to stick to the pre op diet but I'm having a really hard time. Tell me it gets better!!

It will get better. 2 short weeks will be done before you know it and then your new life will begin. Good luck!

I didn't have to do the pre-op, liquid diet. They just wanted me to lose some weight prior to the surgery and absolutely no gaining or they would not do it. I lost 18 pounds over 3 months. It was hard, but I got to eat. I'm not much for drinking funky stuff either. It will go fast and it will be worth it. Good luck to you!
