Hi everyone, I am new to this group. I had my lap band done this month 4 years ago. I have lost 110 pounds and have maintained my loss for almost 2 years. I am here to help anyone with their journey as well as learn from others new skills to stay on track. :) Monymo

Welcome to LBT! Great weight loss! I am glad to have you aboard, we can't get too much information and it's great to be getting it from someone who's been there and done it!:) :) :)

Monymo, what was your first Non-scale victory (NSV)? What has been your GREATEST NSV? Are you still losing? Any major problems? Do you have any before and after pictures?

YOu showed up at a good time, Monymo! We've had several members experience some problems and complications lately, so it is really great to hear from someone who is 4 years out! Thanks for joining! Cindy
