Got my surgery date!

I thought that I posted this the other day but can't find it, so I am not sure what happened. I got my surgery date for Feb. 22nd and started my 2 week LRD, liquid only, today. I am very excited to finally be at the point in the process. I can't believe that this is actually here already!

I have definitely noticed that my behavior takes me to the kitchen many times through out the day to nibble. I have kept myself very busy and have 4 very clean bedrooms due to it! :) I know that I will get through this and what doesn't kill me will make me stronger. With that said I want substance! lol Good golly it is only day one and I just want to chew something. :) I think s/f Jello and s/f Popsicles are going to be my life saver over the next 2 weeks. A friend who had the same doctor as I, said that in her nutrition class they told her she could have a slice of low sodium turkey at lunch. But my class isn't for 1 week and I don't want to do something that I was not told by them to do. I did call them about tea/coffee because it isn't on the list and she did allow me decaf herbal tea. So here is to day one! Let's hope day 2-14 go smoothly too! lol
