Hey you guys, we all need to exercise and some of us are more disciplined then others. When I was going to the Take the Challenge Program, we had a personal trainer who was excellent. Would you guys be interested in getting together, instead of eating, to work out with the trainer. He would give us one on one information for our excersize needs. Depending on the number of us it would cost less then it does for us to go out and eat, between $5 and $10. As far as a location, I will look into that. The trainer may have a location that we can use.
No excuses because he modifies for any disabilities or injuries. He uses your own body weight, chairs and bands.
Let me know if you are interested.....of course this is for people who can work out in Maryland.
