Good evening all I carelessly put 1/2 a water cracker in my mouth and ate it now I feel it in my throat that was at 5pm today its almost midnight and still feel it there

any suggestions??? please help

hope it's better now. I would have said sip water...but I think I read somewhere that that was the wrong advice!

Sometimes the band is very crude with letting us know we ate the wrong thing. Sometimes when that happens it comes back up.....ewwwww.

It is a good idea to keep papya enzyme on hand for these times when it isn't coming back up, but just feels like it isn't going down well.
