Kinda new to the site... Just got banded on 1/12/11 and looking forward to the new lifestyle!

    Best wishes to the newbie! You will be thrilled as I am. At three years out, I'm starting to learn the ups and downs of staying down for my -140 lbs and I still have a way to go but I'm so much healthier and happier with myself--regardless of what others think.

    How are you feeling? I got banded on 01/06/11. Stepped on scale yesterday dropped 12 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. That has never happened to me in my entire life.

    Just stick to the program that they recommend until your MD ups your diet. Sometimes, you have to add some type of flavor , so it does not get boring and you feel like your not going to loose it. But, this is what this site if for; help and sugggestions. Keep the blog going with updates, so we can all keep remembering that it does work.
