Hey Everybody! I am a newbie and haven't decied whether or not the lap band is right for me. I was hoping that some of you may be able to tell me if you experienced vomiting soon after the surgery, during any time on your special diet,or how common it is once you start eating regular foods again. All of your input is very appreciated!

I was a little afraid of that part too, throwing up. thankfully it hasn't happened once for me.

I agree that sometimes it does just happen, but many times it is eating too much, or not chewing well enough, or being too tight. If you listen to your body and it's signs, you'll do fine.

Where else would we be able to lose as much as we have! I have 62 lbs gone forever and haven't felt better in a really long time.
