V8 juice

I am 1 week post op and still on liquids. I was told I can have tomato soup. I love v8 juice but was wondering if it would be considered carbonated because it comes in the same kind of can soda does... I'm sure this is a stupid question :)

you should be fine with the V8 because there aren't any carbonation bubbles in it and that's what you want to avoid.

I hate the taste of canned products and buy it in large plastic bottle. Good vegetable source for banders. rolleyes.gif

I'm a V8 fan too! I've been drinking it since the pre-op diet with the exception of day of surgery & a couple days following. Good stuff!
