getting stuck?

Can u get stuck just from eating too fast or is getting stuck always due to not chewing well enough? I ask b/c in the last 2 weeks I've gotten stuck on a slice of deli ham and on a taco. inormally eat that stuff with no problems.

    I normally get stuck both ways. Not sure if when I eat too fast I don't chew enough....and therefore it is the same thing.
