Help

Hello,

I had my lapband surgery one year ago. I have lost 51 lbs, I was doing great until about two months ago. I am at a stand still and in the last three weeks I have gained 3 lbs. I am hungry all the time. What should I do and has anyone else had this problem.

welcome to the site. Congratulations on the weightloss so far. Weight gain is not a good thing but it happens and I`ve had my fair share during the course of my weightloss journey. Are you due a fill? If you`re not restricted enough, my advice will be to get a fill instead of struggling along. Good luck and Happy New Year to you.

I have an appointment scheduled this week, but i am wondering about follow ups, I go for my fills and I see a PA that only ask how I am feeling then gives me a fill. I have not had any type of x rays or anything like that. Is that common?
