I go for my fifth of six weigh loss visits (insurance mandatory) tomorrow, I also have a stress test scheduled which will be my last test then all I will have left before submitting to insurance company for approval is my last weight loss visit. I am hoping to have surgery in February.

My doctor required a Cardiac clearance because of my age (52). The Cardiologist made me do a stress test. It wasnt much fun but it was the longest few minutes of my life. It is nice to know my ticker is strong though.
