Hungry All the Time

I was banded 3 weeks ago and because I'm going away on vacation I won't get my first fill until January 7th. I can eat about 4 oz. for each meal but I'm hungry again in 1 hour. I try to stick to 2 Snacks a day but I still have the habit of grazing all the time. I guess also because I haven't gotten the fill that I seem to be able to eat everything no problem. I guess that will change once I get the fill and the opening is smaller. Am I doing harm; will I stretch my stomach?

Thanks for any help,

Corkee

Great question because I was thinking the same thing. I'm 3 weeks post-op and some days I don't eat much and other days I feel like I can eat anything but I try not to. I'm gonna wait for the responses as well.
