I went sledding today with my family for the first time in years. I had no problems finding warm clothes to fit. I didn't wear out walking back up the hill. I just don't have words to describe how happy I am. I think I might even water ski again next summer! No matter what you have to do and go through, it is all worth it in the end. I am not even close to my desired weight, and I still have some minor food issues. But I have lost about 70 lbs and....well, like I said I have my life back. A big thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way and especially to God for answered prayers.
