Can you still eat pickles?

I love pickles and I always have them in my fridge for low calorie snacking. I eat them regularly :) These are my favorite kind: McClure's Pickles

Mmmm...love the baby gherkins. One of my favorite Snacks - pickle rolled up in a slice of ham and cheese.

.

I have no problems with pickles. I like them a lot as well. Something I was warned against that I don't have issues with is celery (because its fibruous). I love celery and light ranch together. I don't eat it often but I do enjoy it.

Oh yes, but they are crunchy...so not a great choice with the band and very high in sodium. But they are a low calorie snack option, and with a little cheese or a slice of ham...YUMMY!
