Is anyone on this one?
At first I thought it was a load of poopie until they described my bloodtype as 'slightly lactose intollerant, builds muscle and needs protein' and all of the foods I'm meant to be eating to stay slim are the ones I hate! Ironically, the ones I love so much are the ones I'm not meant to be eating.
It describes my eating habbits and the reason I'm so overweight (though obviously it's not the whole reason I'm overweight...I'm aware of that lol).
I'm still not 100% convinced, but I do know of a lady who lost 40 kilos on it and her daughter lost 33 who swear by it.
One of the big issues for me is that the foods I'm meant to eat are a lot of meat (which I hate) and things that are high in Protein (which often come with a lot of fat).
Anyone been on this? Has it worked for you? What's your blood type? Do you think it's poopie? Let me know :frown:
