First Fill

I was just banded on 10/25. Went for my post op visit today and my surgeon suggested putting in my first fill next week. I opted to what another week but that still seems fast to me. Anyone else receive fills so quickly after surgery?

It seems early to me. I hear alot of people get the first fill at about 4 weeks (like me). At 8 weeks, I have already had my second one, which I thought felt better than the first.

I am glad I changed the appt. for two weeks instead of next week. I was on clear liquids for 9 days and only yesterday started full liquids and some pureed food. I want some time to adjust to the new feelings when I eat. For example this morning I had some medifast oatmeal and was absolutely stuffed by the time I was done. By the next appt. I will be 3 1/2 weeks from surgery so we will see how I feel then.
