When does the bloated feeling go away??

I was banded last Wednesday, 10/27. It was done with the spider method (one incision) so I'm sure my stomach was inflated with more air than usual. Can anyone tell me when the bloated feeling subsided for you and what helped to relieve it? I've tried Gasx and MofM. So tired of feeling like this!!

The bloated feeling was one of the most difficult parts of my recovery. It can take up to 2 weeks for the bloating to go away and the only effective way to have your body start absorbing it and passing it is by being active. My walks around the neighborhood were full of burps and toots but it definitely helped the process.
