Skin Remedies?

Inspired by the flappy skin post, and some recent pondering of my own, I want to know what you did to help your skin not get loose (as much as possible, we know sometimes it can NOT be helped)

I was thinking about creams, lotions, potions, girdles, etc. Anything from normal to downright insane - what have you tried, and how has it worked for you?

Honestly, there is not much to do about excess skin. None of the creams or lotions do anything. Drink a lot, do exercise, hope for the best, and remember that worst case scenario there's always plastic surgery as an option.

Yogurt and water. I only use two of them. It will help your skin better. You can add fruit mask.

Working out, lots of running, situps, pushup, arm curls...do a little cardio everyday and then add one of the above in. I have noticed a huge difference in my body as I work out more and more. There is no easy way out. Good Luck!!
