I am really craving popcorn, but I have heard that it's a no no. Is this true?

I had popcorn at the theater last week and I am super tight. I didnt have any problems whatsoever. Of course it was drenched in the butter flavored oil... shhhhhhh... it was a treat! Of course everyone is different!

Its a "no no" because it is a slider food.i.e. goes down easily and has low nutrition.

True, it is a lap band 'no no', but I feel a treat is ok now and then... as long as it doesnt become a habit AGAIN. :sneaky:
