Need protein supplements with stevia

I'm going to be banded in 1 week and my doctor has placed me on a meal replacement plan. My problem is that I cannot take artificial sweetners because they trigger headaches and sometimes migraines. Stevia is OK but I have only found one brand with stevia and that is Nectar Naturals. Does anyone else have this problem or suggestions for a protein supplement?

You might want to go to a Vitamin Shoppe or GNC and ask which brands if any have Stevia. Most are going to have "equal" or maybe slendra.

I ran a quick search on Google: "Protein powder" space stevia and got several hits. One was for the following

Jay Robb chocolate whey Protein powder.

Run a search and see what you find.

Genesis Today sells a liquid protein that has steiva. 1oz. has 15 grams of protein and 60 calories. Some health food stores sell it or you can buy direct from www.genesistoday.com They also sell liquid nultivitamin and calcium. I have used their products for years.

Maybe try unflavored powder, spruce it up yourself with Stevia and some SF pudding powder in a magic bullet?

Hi, I use a Protein by a company called Intek. I use the Isolate Cookies and Cream and also the Protein Evolution for a flavor change of pace, Orange Creamsicle. Neither of them have sugars. The Evolution actually has additional Vitamins and minerals and really helps with pre and post exercise protein intake. They mix with Water, milk, juice or name your Fluid very well, although with the water, you need to reduce the 10 ozper scoop recommendation to 8 oz in my opinion or it taste a little thin. I also prefer the water to be really cold. My stomach pre and post surgery has never had any issues with this protein, my wife, banded 2 years ago, always had issues with protein supplements, but has never had any issues with these products. She loves the Creamsicle too.

I get this from Max Muscle, and was buying it for 2 years before I even contemplated having a LAP-BAND. Here is a link to their site if you want more info.

Evolution:

Good Luck, Brian
