Am I missing something, sugar free carnation instant breakfast I have read the labels in the store and there doesn’t seem to be enough protein to say so in them. It is on the list of drinks I can use, but I just don’t see why.

I was told to have at least 60g of Protein. I have to have bloodwork tomorrow morning..fasting along with the barium swallow. I suspect it will be hard for me to eat after the swallow. The first day was hard...but yesterday and today not so bad. When will you be banded!?

I'm hoping tomorrow will be better than today. Yeah I about threw up my lunch when I was finally able to eat.

Yay! Good luck to you! Are you excited and nervous? I am not at all nervous. But then again I am sure that will kick in before the surgery!
