Losing my will power???

I am 5 mo post op and I think I am losing my will power. I have 5 cc in my band and I still get very hungry at times. Now I have this pain that comes and goes under my left ribs. ?? gas pains?? I have lost 6o lbs all together - 22 being pre-surgery weight loss and the rest post-op. I think i have put on like 7 lbs in the past 2 weeks. I am having a problem with my achilles tendon and can barely walk so I cant get to the gym to work out. Any suggestions??

Find a way to work out at home. Resistance bands and a walking or dance video is always fun. If you are having pains call your doctor and let him/her know.

Change something... try new foods, try swimming, work on toning abdomen and upper body while you let your tendon rest..

I am in the same EXACT position!!! I am 5 months out and have lost only about 40 pounds. I have a case of the blues and can't shake it! I would love some motivation too!
