Pro-tien!!!

I can't remember who it was that made the suggestion of Amplified Wheybiolic Protien Advanced powder. But THANK YOU!! :tt2: I went and bought the pouch for $25.99 from GNC on Thursday last week, drank for the first time on Friday and once a day since and I have dropped 5 lbs and gotten my energy back! I was feeling so tired from apparently not getting enough protein daily and my weight loss was bouncing up and down like a yo-yo. I am going to invest in the big container next and make it a daily part of my diet from now on. The only downside is that if you make the full serving amount it gives it will take most of the day to finish drinking it, or at least it did me. I used a smaller 16 oz container this morning and one scoop of powder which the guy at the store recommened and it was easier to finish. So I may have to do one in the morning and one at night, probably after I work out... :smile2:

If you want a lower-volume protein, you can get 30 grams for about 100-ish calories from Inspire or PURE protein powders from bariatriceating.com.
