1 Darn Pound

I had my surgery 8 days ago and I have only lost 1 freaking pound. So is this normal or what cause I swear I don't think my band is in there. I can't feel any restriction in my tummy. I'm glad I go to the doctor tomorrow.

I know I had lost, but then gained back a couple of pounds, before I started losing again. I'm at 21 pounds down now, but it's taken me about 2 weeks to really lose about 6-7 pounds. Hang in there. I'm sure you're probably fine. ...and make sure to get your exercise. That is really what is helping me. I started with walking and am now stationary biking and doing some light weights. Take care.
