Hi All,

In 2 hours I leave home to go to the hospital to have the band fitted.

I am afraid and excited. I have a devil on one sholder and the angel on the other telling me two different things right now.

Did anyone else feel this?

I have been on Optifast for 20 days now and have lost 19 pounds I just hope the liver is doing ok and it all goes ahead correctly.
