Okay so this week there were times that I had this deep visceral hunger. Tried hard to fight it/limit the damage. I am on blood thinner treatments which make my TOM very irregular. Soooo I though the hunger was based on not having restriction (have had only one fill). Well TOM came a week early today. The other thing that suprised me was the first TOM after surgery I got restriction suddenly just before which I tied to water retension. Perhaps that will not be an ongoing issue; because this week it did not happen. I wonder how this will affect weight loss because I have been very slow loosing so perhaps I will have a drop this week.
