Acronym help

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, just banded 09/17/10. I have gotten so much information from this site and I love it. However I have a hard time understanding some of the acronyms used here. Does anyone have a list of the meanings? Example, PB? What the heck is PB? Slimming, what is that? LOL sorry I sound so out of the loop, but this stuff is new to me.
